Meet Laura

A design professional for the past decade. Featured on the pages of Rue Magazine, Domino, House and Home, Style at Home, the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, HGTV and a celebrated podcast in the interior design community. Collins is ready to impart her knowledge and passion for design in a new city with a fresh approach. 

Along with her husband Blayre Ellestad and their two children Hugh and Annie and dog Bruce, they live in a 1950’s MCM cottage style home. Laura’s goal is to create a space(s) that feel unique to each client and keeps you guessing. Integrating antique with new finds is highly important in her process, which ultimately leads to a strong balance. She is well versed in full scale renovations and decorative alike, every project is a new opportunity to expand her skill set and create a beautiful home in the process.
